My home central AC was not cooling the house. I asked one of my guy ( craftsman to fix things) and he gave me tel for Steve of Comfort Kings and said they are very reliable, Steve diagnosed the issue and made couple of recommendations & I decided to get the new unit. Steve recommended the most reliable, quiet, and efficient system. He worked with his distributor & had the new unit delivered the next day. He was very thorough & meticulous in installing the new system. The original installer from the builder (new house) had one panel from the blower section sort of open & lot of cold air was blowing into the attic and this also pushed dust into the house. Steve saw the issue right away and fixed it for good. Steve is focused on reliability and will not recommend any flimsy product. His pricing is also very low compared to others. It is a family run business. I will recommend Comfort kings to any and all the people I know. I wish rating had more than 5 stars because I would love to give him all the stars that are in the sky. Well done Steve.

Steve is the BEST! He is probably one of the most honest & trustworthy HVAC techs in the industry. He's a super rare find, so if you're experiencing HVAC issues, I'd recommend reaching out to him immediately. To provide context: I recently encountered an issue with my HVAC unit at my rental property. My property management company called their approved HVAC tech to diagnose the problem & propose a solution. The technician recommended for a full replacement of the unit, which would have cost $16K+, so I had to get another opinion to ensure that I was making the right decision. My boyfriend had used Steve from Comfort Kings in the past & had a really positive experience working with him, so I decided to give him a shot. Steve was quick to respond & provided the most honest diagnosis. Instead of recommending a full replacement- he was able to pinpoint the issue with the air handler & safety switch for the drip pan and his proposed solution saved me almost ~$11K. Steve was able to order all of the parts needed to complete the repair/installation and was able to get the HVAC system running at the most optimal level within a week. I'm blessed to have someone like Steve in my corner for future HVAC repairs. Highly recommend!
