"Steve is the BEST! He is probably one of the most honest & trustworthy HVAC techs in the industry. He's a super rare find, so if you're experiencing HVAC issues, I'd recommend reaching out to him immediately. To provide context: I recently encountered an issue with my HVAC unit at my rental property. My property management company called their approved HVAC tech to diagnose the problem & propose a solution. The technician recommended for a full replacement of the unit, which would have cost $16K+, so I had to get another opinion to ensure that I was making the right decision.
